Woodlands franchisee honored at gala

A Woodlands-area man has been recognized as the 2017 “Franchisee of the Year” by an international pizza restaurant brand.

Russo’s Restaurants honored Guillermo Medellin, who operates three restaurant concepts in Texas, with the award at a conference in Washington, D.C., during the International Franchise Association’s gala where approximately 500 people were in attendance.
